Ziurta CMS Sync
Checks the NPIs already in your Salesforce org against the public CMS Revalidation Due Date List every night, and saves what it finds as records you can list, report on and show on your own pages.
It does not create Cases or tasks. What you do with a due date is up to your team.
What it does
Your revalidation dates, inside Salesforce.
Point it at the objects that already hold your NPIs — Contacts, Accounts, or your own Providers and Locations objects. An object can hold several NPI fields.
Checked every night
The nightly run reads the CMS Revalidation Due Date List and the Reassignment List, and records each provider's due date, enrollment state, and the organizations their billing is reassigned to.
NPI Registry details alongside
Each NPI is also looked up at NPPES: name, credential, status, addresses, phone, taxonomies and identifiers, refreshed on a schedule you control.
A working list, not a data dump
Needs attention holds what is past due or due within 180 days and not started. My revalidations is each person's own. Status can be edited straight in the list, or worked as a Kanban board.
Reports and page layouts
Everything lands in custom objects, so it reports and dashboards like any other Salesforce data, and shows as related lists on the records your team already opens.

Priced by how many NPIs you track.
One subscription per Salesforce org, per year, bought through AppExchange Checkout. Your plan is the number of distinct NPIs a nightly run finds.

Growing past your plan
Nothing stops and nothing is held back. Sync Setup shows a notice, and the subscription renews on the plan that fits your count 30 days before your renewal date.
Sandboxes and trials
Without a purchased plan the sync checks the first 50 NPIs in NPI order, and tells you how many more it found and which plan would cover them.
Separate from the web app
This is the Salesforce package only. Ziurta Revalidations at app.ziurta.com is a different product, priced on its own terms.

What leaves your org, and what does not.
The app works from public identifiers against public federal data. Everything it saves stays in your Salesforce org.
What leaves your org
NPIs and CMS enrollment IDs — both public identifiers — go to data.cms.gov, and NPIs go to npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov. No other record data, no names, and no patient or personal information leaves your org. Every call uses HTTPS. The package stores no secrets, and sends nothing to Ziurta beyond the plan information Salesforce itself manages through the License Management App.
What is stored, and where
CMS enrollment and reassignment data, public NPI Registry details, run logs, and the name of your own record that holds each NPI — all in the app's own custom objects, inside your org.
Access
Every Apex class runs with sharing and every query runs in user mode. Two permission sets, CMS Sync Admin and CMS Sync User. Administrative actions require a custom permission checked on the server. The browser code uses no innerHTML, no eval and no third-party JavaScript.
Testing
Two Checkmarx source scans through the Salesforce Partner Security Portal, of version 1.1.0: no quality issues, and no findings on injection, cross-site scripting, CRUD, field-level security or sharing. Three informational notes remain and are documented.
